In accordance with European consumer protection legislation (distance selling), you may cancel your premium membership within 14 days after you have submitted your payment but only if you haven't already used our services.
Of course you can call off your Payment and your Premium Membership at any time without specifying the reasons within 14 days after you have made your payment. However, due to the nature of our service we do not refund if you have already viewed any au pair or family profile after activation of your premium membership.
As soon as you are a premium member and you have accessed any au pair or family profile or have sent or received a message from an au pair or family, our premium membership service is deemed to be provided completely.
In the rare case of a double payment we will, of course, refund this double payment instantly. In case you have paid twice we kindly ask you to let us know so that we can refund the funds.
If you cancel your registration with FindAuPair prior to the end of your 90 day membership period, FindAuPair does not provide a proportional refund.
If for some reason, you have technical problems or are not able to login to your account on FindAuPair, please contact us and we will then try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
