We are Faye and Paul and have two children Connor 14, Ella 7 and 2 small dogs. Ella has very mild Downs Syndrome with no medical or other health problems. Her speech is delayed however her understanding is amazing. Ella is a very bright loving little girl. My husband and I both work full time. Sometimes my husband works abroad and I run and Interior Design Business from home. We have had an au-pair for the previous 16 months who had no experience with special needs. I have taught her Makaton a very easy sign language and she has a wonderful bond with Ella. We are more than happy to help with the transition of Ella as we have done with Sara (au-pair). We have organised English courses for Sara and we can do the same for you. We are looking for a kind patient loving person who can be part of our family and enjoy our beautiful little girl. Monday to Friday each week, getting Ella up, breakfast and ready for school. We have a car for our current au-pair. We provided Sara with driving lessons until she felt confident to carry out the school runs which we are happy to do for you. After school play and dinner for Ella she sometimes eats before the family or we all eat together depending on our work commitments. Bath time and bed. House keeping - cleaning the house once a week with general tidying each day. Ironing. Hours are approx. 35 per week with free time during week whilst Ella is at school and all day Saturday and Sunday. Babysitting twice a week in evening - 1 evening during week. and 1 evening during weekend. Pocket money £70 per week with your own car (all insurance, petrol for family use etc are all paid for). Own room with all facilities (TV, Music, wardrobe, dressing table, drawers etc).
