My husband and I live in Wales we have the same job but opposite shifts, we have a daughter that's two and just started nursery and a son that will be 9 months when I go back to work, I'm currently on maternity leave. We enjoy family days out to soft plays but also my husband and I enjoy our time together.
We are looking for a fun aunt type of person. We work a shift pattern of 4 days off and 4 days on, so au pair would be working the same system, however now and again we do have training days at work. we are not too fussed about the housework all we want is to look after our little ones when we are at work and the odd occasion walk the dog. We are able to see the year shift so au pair would have Web their own freedom and plan things if they wanted to.
