Dear Au pair We are a family of three: My husband is called John, my name is Sarah and our son is called James. Our son is 7 years old. Family life is enormously important to us and, despite John and me being working parents, we work hard to create as much time for the three of us to spend together as a family as we possibly can. And we look forward to welcoming you into our home and our family life and learning about you and your culture. We are looking for someone with a decent level of written and spoken English, who can drive a car, who is organised and, above all who loves life and has fun! Our au pair responsibilities would work well for someone who is a student as your time is your own through the day from about 8.30am to 3.30pm, and from about 7.30pm. But being a student is not a pre requisite for becoming our au pair! For visa reasons, we are looking for someone from an EU country or who is eligible for a Tier 5 Youth Mobility Scheme visa. We live in a four bedroomed house in Hampton Hill in South West London. We live near to Twickenham stadium, the home of rugby and many pop concerts, Hampton Court Palace, the former home of Henry the Eighth, the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew, a beautiful and exotic garden housing 30,000 different plant species, Kingston-upon-Thames, a great shopping centre and, of course, all of the wonderful attractions of Central London are just a 35 minute train ride away. In addition, we are just one hour’s drive from the South coast of England, the New Forest and from the historic city of Oxford. Kind regards Sarah
