Jasper and I live about 2 miles from Worcester City Centre. I run a small training and consultancy business meaning that I am away from home a few days per week from very early in the morning to quite late in the evening. I work at home the rest of the week. We live in a beautiful house right by the river and a short walk from the main road and buses. Jasper is 11 and loves the outdoors and pretty extreme sports - he spends lots of time on his scooter but also likes going down hill biking. He also likes playing on his xbox. He has just started senior school which is in Worcester. His Dad lives in Canada.
This would be a lovely au pair role for the right person. We need someone who is very good at getting up early in the mornings and their job would be to get Jasper up, give him his breakfast and get him to school by 8 a.m usually 3 mornings per week (sometimes 2 and occasionally 4). Then, on the days that I am out working, to either collect him from school (or be there at home for him when he catches the bus) and give him his tea and help him with his homework and play with him if I am going to be late back. There would occasionally times when I need to stay away to work overnight (no more than 2 - 3 per month) when you would be in sole charge. Apart from this just occasional babysitting - usually no more than one night per week and some light housework (no more than 2 hours per day). Your weekends would generally be yours apart from occasional babysitting.
