We are an international family, mixed between Dutch, English and American. We love London but also love to travel as a family. We are looking for an Au Pair to be part of our family, to join in the laughing but also take the time to do activities with the kids and stretch their imaginations. We live in New Malden - 25 minutes from central London - and love it. We have a garden where we love to host BBQs. The Au Pair will have a private bedroom and bathroom on her own floor of the house. There are language schools aplenty and we are close to both Wimbledon and Kingston for the nightlife scene. London is an amazing city, rich in culture and food. We would encourage any Au Pair to take full advantage of this!
The perfect Au Pair would mainly be preoccupied with the children, ensuring they are prepared to head to school as well as ensuring homework gets done after school, sorting after school snacks and sometimes helping prepare dinners. There will be some expectation to help around the house - light cleaning/tidying, helping with the children's laundry, and the occasional night of babysitting. A really perfect Au pair would expose the children to another language - Dutch, ideally.
