Thinking about the option of a live-in au pair, as sadly my wife and I will be separating and living in different houses and I really want our daughter to have a positive loving personal influence/ presence while I am not able to be there.
Loving childcare, as if she were your own daughter, and tidying up some of the mess she regularly creates! Anything else is entirely negotiable... but the priority is care.
