I'm mother to a two year old boy, Dylan. He's very independent and headstrong whilst being ridiculously considerate and sensitive to others. He has a mischievous streak and is full of fun but overall is very well behaved, sociable and interested in his surroundings. I'm fairly easy-going with a diverse range of interests ranging from the more creative to more academic to the completely action-packed and sports-based. I love to go out with friends as much as I love staying in with a bottle of wine and having a chin-wag. More than that, I'm trying to grow a sociable little man who is fun to be around, engaged in his environment and curious about the world... so far so good.
I'm looking for someone who is keen to work with us on a fairly permanent but flexible basis, and who could take on a more au pair style role during the summer when I'll be busier with work. Initially, I am looking for at least one night a week and potentially one weekend evening (either fri/sat/sun). As Dyaln is half Italian, it would be advantageous for both of us if we could find a native speaker or someone who can parlare better than I can! But don't let this put you off, I'm more interested in finding the right person for us. Not so important now, but a driving license would be handy for someone thinking of working with us during the summer as D's nursery is in Rawdon (we're in Moortown) and there'll be a few nights he may need collecting. There'll also be a few weekends that we'll need some help. I am hoping to discuss a reasonable rate for your help. Therefore, please do not get in touch if you are unprepared to negotiate an agreement with which we are both happy.
