I'm a soldier and my wife is a police officer working in London. I work strange hours, and my wife leaves the house before 6 every day and doesn't return until 6 in the evening.
Wash, dress and feed both girls daily (during the week) then take the eldest to school. During the day I'd expect my youngest daughter to be entertained. Some housework also ( cleaning etc...).
