We are an extremely relaxed, loving and down to earth family with great family values. Our values are based on communication, trust and respect not just with each other but everyone. We as a family are very relaxed but hardworking, our children are our world and we want what's the best for them. We are always looking for that new and exciting adventure that will add to our family's memories. Our family consists of 2 adults Ian(34) and Louise(32) and our 3 wonderful children. Isabella, Oscar and Elliott. Isabella is 6 years old with a great sense of humour who is fun to be around. She is in year 2 in a lovely little village school. Isabella is extremely obedient and willing to help where she can. Isabella is very independent and can keep herself occupied for hours. She is very good at taking and following directions given to her. Isabella loves nothing more than playing outside with her little brothers. Oscar is 18 months old and extremely cheeky. He is a typical little boy whereby he is into and onto everything whilst exploring his new surrounding. He is a very loving and caring little man that's always happy to share his toys and food. He has a very sweet and sensitive personality but be warned he is extremely flirty even at his age. Elliott is 4months old and only just starting to get his own little personality. He is an extremely easy baby to look after as he does not demand a lot of attention. He has big brown eyes and a very cheeky smile that would melt your heart. We would like you to provide a safe, fun and educational environment for Isabella, Oscar and Elliott to learn and develop in whilst having loads of fun. We would like you to be proactive in entertaining the children both in general relaxing fun things but also through educational and development activities. We would like you to feel free and comfortable to use your own initiative and creativity in order to find them new and exciting things to do and see. We have strict rules about their behaviour and what's expected from them and would like you to discipline them when their behaviour falls below our high standards and feel comfortable with the knowledge that we will support you 100% with it. From time to time although not too often there's a really tight schedule whereby Isabella has to be at after school activities at a specific time, and you would be required to be at a specific place at a specific time in order for her to take part in those activities. All three of the kids are in a routine and would like the routine to be followed when we are not at home. We would also like you to be reliable, flexible and responsible and this is not just limited to when you are caring for the children. As you will be a member of the family you will be treated by all of us with the greatest respect, all we would ask is that you reciprocate that respect. The house will be as much your house as it is ours and would like you to treat it and respect it as such. We are an extremely open and honest family and would expect you to be the same towards us. We are a very relaxed and easy going family but we would like you to discuss any visitors to the house with us prior to them coming over. We would like you to feel comfortable to talk to us about anything whether it be to do with the children or something personal. We would like you to feel comfortable in suggesting ways to improve the children's lives and development as we believe you are never too old or too young to learn something new. We would like you to be able to drive as you will be required from time to time to drop Isabella off at school and picking her up again. We would also actively encourage you to make the most of their stay with us and enjoy what London and UK has to offer you.
