Hello! my name is Jessica, my husband and I have 3 children; twin boys who are 4 years old and a girl who is 8, and we are looking for an Aupair/live-in mother's help from early September. In return for 12-15 hours general help & childcare and two nights babysitting we are offering a lovely double room (on separate floor to family), food, £35 per month towards bus fares, and the use of a bicycle. The position requires someone who is reliable, positive, practical, proactive, & who loves children. The hours needed are usually 16/17.00-19.00 cooking, playing, bath & bed, and general clearing up & helping me with household chores. Approx 10-15 hours per week, with up to 2 nights babysitting. We are a kind, loving, and, I think funny family. Father works either from home or he is working abroad. Mother (me!) is currently a house wife. The boys will start school in September therefore we don't need as many hours as regular au pairs (or as we did previous au pairs). We have a new addition to our house - a puppy!! She's a very friendly and calm dog, a mixture of breeds - Springer Spaniel, Labrador and a Poodle - medium sized, black with crazy curls! The house in Hove is situated on a lovely quiet street, 10mins walk from the sea with it's beach hutted promenade, paddling pool, playground, watersports lagoon, tennis courts, mini golf, trampolines etc. The children's school is West Hove Infants School, only a 8 minute walk away, our nearest playground is 5 mins away and some larger parks about 15 & 25 min walk.
