Hello, We are a Spanish-French family of 4 who have been living in London for a long time now. We have two children - Violeta who is almost 4 and will start school in September and Luca who is 16 months now. They are very happy, well behaved children with good established routines in place. Both parents work but not full time and we like spending as much time as possible with our kids. We speak Spanish, French and English at home so the au pair can choose which language she wants us to talk to her! We live in a beautiful and very safe area in South London (RICHMOND UPON THAMES) surrounded by parks and forests, with plenty of bars/cafes, theatres, cinemas, galleries and with easy access to London (25 min from train station). There are also plenty of schools to learn English. Somos una familia (ESPANOLA/FRANCESA) de 4 y llevamos mucho tiempo viviendo en Londres. Tenemos dos ninos (Violeta, de casi 4 años y Luca de casi 1 y medio). Son unos niños buenos, alegres y con buenas rutinas establecidas. Violeta empezara a ir al colegio a partir de Septiembre y Luca va por las mananas a grupos infantiles en la zona. Nosotros, los padres trabajamos pero intentamos pasar todo el tiempo que podemos con ellos. En casa hablamos Espanol, frances e Ingles asi que la au pair podra decidir en que idioma quiere que le hablemos! Vivimos en una zona preciosa de Londres llamada Richmond Upon Thames. We are looking to have an au pair from Mid August- beginning September approximately for at least a year. We want someone who is caring, cheerful and has some experience looking after children. It is also essential that she is tidy and clean, respectful and eager to belong to a family. The role of the au pair will involve helping getting the children ready in the morning, dropping and picking up Violeta to/from school some days, taking Luca to children's centre and helping giving them a snack/take to park after their nap (my husband is alway home at around 13:30). The au pair will have at least two days off during the week and sometimes even more. We want to spend as much time as we can with our children and we don't work full time so we will give you as much time off as possible. The au pair will also be in charge of keeping the children's room and clothes clean. We will make our best to ensure that the au pair feels at home, to help her with whatever she needs and make her feel part of the family! Estamos buscando a alguien que esté dispuesto a vivir con nosotros entre mediados de Agosto o principios de Septiembre por lo menos durante un año (si va todo bien por supuesto!) y que sea cariñosa, activa, alegre y que tenga experiencia con el manejo de niños . Es esencial que sea ordenada, respetuosa y limpia y que realmente este motivada a pasar tiempo con niños en una familia. La au pair nos podra ayudar a prepapar a los ninos por la manana, llevar y recoger a Violeta del cole algunos dias (los que trabajemos los dos padres), llevar a Luca a actividades por la zona, ayudar a darles la merienda/llevarles al parque por la tarde (mi marido ya estara en casa a partir de la 13;30). la au pair siempre tendra por lo menos dos dias a la semana libre y en varias ocasiones mas tiempo. Queremos pasar cuanto mas tiempo posible con nuestros hijos asi que siempre que podamos estaremos nosotros. Nosotros nos comprometemos a hacer que la au pair se sienta como en casa, a ayudarle en todo lo que necesite y en que sea como de la familia!
