Hello, dear Au Pair, We would love to welcome you in our family! We live in our own house in the busy town of Basingstoke, located 30 miles (48 km) northeast of the south coast and 48 miles (77 km) southwest of London. Out house is near a forest, with good bus connections to the town centre. Basingstoke offers many great opportunities for shopping and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. We are Michael, Julia, and our son Myles (7 months), as well as a dog (Lyra) and a cat (Koshka). We are both 30 years old and have been married for 2.5 years. Michael is from Manchester and works in Telecommunications. Julia is from St. Petersburg (Russia), but grew up in Germany, and speaks both Russian and German as native languages. We speak English at home, however, Myles is being raised bilingually in Russian and English. We are a very friendly, funny and intelligent professional couple and would love to welcome an Au Pair who is reliable, loves children and has a good sense of humour. We like going out for walks, travelling, music, board games and are very easy going and relaxed.
As our Au Pair, you would be looking after our baby for up to 30h per week (times are negotiable), as well as doing light household duties. The main requirement is that you speak fluent Russian and are willing to speak Russian with Myles. Everything else is negotiable. :) We look forward to hearing from you soon!
