We live in a beautiful part of the world, surrounded by the natural environment. We make the most of it by enjoying time with the family, on the beach, walking, kayaking, swimming etc. We don’t like the children to watch too much TV so if we are at home we like to do craft activities including painting, cooking and making things. We lead very busy lives, working full time and building an extension and opening a campsite! We need help to look after the children and we are looking for someone with the same interests as us, who will enjoy finding things to do with the children – outside and in. I keep things very organised at home – the house is very tidy and clean. We are looking for someone who is equally organised, enjoys tidying and cleaning. We get up early with the children and are looking for someone who likes getting up early too! Although we like socialising with friends and going to the local pub there is very little to offer locally in terms of nightlife – if you want to go out at night then this is not the place for you! We have a lot of friends with young families and the community is very strong but very small. Dale is about 30km from the nearest town so driving is the only way to get around. So … if you are happy, friendly, polite, confident, organised, tidy, fun, energetic, hardworking and conscientious, enjoy the outdoors, enjoy cooking … you want to be part of a loving, open, supportive, inclusive, caring family, then we look forward to talking to you.
We are looking for someone to become part of the family, to fit in to our lives and to share what we do. We have busy lives and are constantly juggling work and home life – flexible support is what we need. We are looking for someone adaptable, confident, kind and gentle. We spend a lot of time with our friends and socialise a lot and we would want you to join us as much as possible. It is essential that you can drive as we live in a remote location and we will need you to drive the children around. You will need to be able to cook and enjoy food. We involve our children in nearly everything we do and give them as many experiences as we can. We love the sea, the beach, fishing and walking. We would really hope that you would share our interests as much as possible. We have a cleaner but expect that you will keep your room tidy and ensure that the playroom and children’s rooms are tidy. You will be responsible for the children for up to 40 hours a week. This will include some full days plus mornings driving our son to nursery and evenings looking after both children, feeding them and getting them ready for bed. We also need flexible support to babysit for them up to 2 nights a week. Flexibility is key! We want you to fit into our lives. You will have at least one full day off a week. We would also like some help with the campsite – cleaning etc. but this would be additional hours to being an aupair.
