Dear au pair We are looking for a caring, well organised, tidy, experienced au pair who has a genuine love of children to join our family from Sept/Oct in our 5 bed house in London as a live in au pair. Core days are Mon to Thurs and happy to discuss additional days suitable to your requirements. Suitable to someone who is studying or wants to do tourist activities as our chlldren will be in childcare from 8.30 to 5pm every day, however we will require daily household duties in our house for a few hours (3hrs approx) everyday during this time at a time that is convenient to youWe are a young married outgoing couple with two gorgeous children, our son is about to turn three whilst our daughter is just over seven months old. We are working professionals who need someone to help us with our lovely children in the morning and evening. We live in a recently renovated modern five bedroom Victorian house in a lovely part of South East London which has quick access to the central london (12 mins by train). We have lots of bars, restaurants, shops, parks, sports centres close by .We offer a beautiful quiet room on a seperate floor in our home, with juliette balcony overlooking our landscaped garden with own TV and wifi plus access to one two shower rooms. We have a car and happy for you to drive.
This position is for 30 hours per week, 12 month position to look after our children who attend nursery/child minders (8.30am to 5pm) within 5 mins walking distance of our house. Non smoker/tidy , social person is essential. Responsibilities would include getting children ready for drop offs, preparing breakfast and evening snack for them, couple of weekly healthy cooked meals, pick ups and getting them ready for bed. A couple hours of light household duties is expected each day as children will be out of the house from8.30 am to 5pm each day( Mon to Thurs and maybe Fri). This position is suitable for somebody studying, who wants to take english lessons or looking to do tourist based activites during the day and comfortable with 50/50 childcare/ household duty spilt. Their mum works Mon to Thurs, so needs this assistance during this period and is flexible to discuss addtional hours outside these days to suit au palrs needs. One evening of babysitting a week but will not always be required. We would like to offer the right candidate an attractive package that ensures they enjoy their time working for our lovely family. We would also like to skype call the candidate and fly them to london to meet our family before starting at our cost.
