Hi, We are full time working parents of 6 year old twins (a boy and a girl). We live in a lovely house in Raynes Park, about .3 miles from station. Our children are in reception this year and spend majority of their day at school (from 08:30-15:00). On some days of week they go to club for their weekly activity such as swimming, tennis and ballet. Other days they spend the day at home, doing a bit of reading, writing, arts & crafts and working on some maths problems. We have a spacious garden in the backyard where kids like to play when the weather is fine.
We're looking for a lively energetic person to join our family who can drive in the UK for school runs and take kids to club for their weekly activities. We will allow use of our car for this purpose. The ideal person will take care of all kids related chores such as preparing lunchbox and dinner, kids laundry, get them started with their homework in the evening. And although on most days they will spend the day at school, during term breaks and on sick days, they will spend the day at home, when they'd need to be creatively engaged in various activities and/or visit the doctors, which is a walking distance from home, for their medical appointments. Any housekeeping requirements that we have are only related to kids such as maintain general tidiness and hygiene in kids bedrooms, playroom, dining room and kitchen. We do not believe in overworking our au pair. One important criteria for us is for someone to cook healthy vegetarian food as we're a vegetarian family. This position is for a long period and hence if you're looking for work for a few months only, then that would not suit us unfortunately.
