Looking after and ensuring safety of Alana (1/12/06) and Arianne (5/8/09) Tyler Light housework - housekeeping duties will include making children’s beds, washing and ironing children’s clothes, and cooking children’s dinner and washing up after them. Generally keeping the house tidy. Laundry for the family. You are not required to clean the house. One full day off per week (usually Saturday) – If space on coaches you may attend the afternoon activity with the students. Hours – usually, but not always, whilst the children are at school. 7.30 – 10:30. Again 15:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday Plus Sunday mornings 9-12midday. Children break up from School mid July and will need full time care. 8:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. 2 nights Baby sitting per week. Pay - £65 per week This includes accommodation and all food. You will also have an opportunity to help out at the Mountlands School on some occasions. You will be expected to prepare breakfast and meals for the children at lunch times (usually sandwiches) – you can help yourself to anything in the cupboards and fridge. I will try to cook a main meal for the family each evening. This may NOT always be possible so you will need to sort your own and girls food out. All additional ad hoc duties as required
SAMPLE DAILY ROUTINE 7.30am – get children breakfast – clear away breakfast things Get children dressed- wash their face, teeth and hands Make children’s beds and tidy their rooms Morning activity ie: beach/park/walk to town 12.00/12:30 approx – prepare children’s lunch – clear away lunch things Afternoon activity: playing in the garden/painting/cooking/reading and learning 17:00pm – approx – Deborah returns from work Evening babysitting usually from 7pm until late. Maybe midnight. There may also be some times when you will be required to help out with an afternoon or evening activity at the school.
