we're italian family with 2 kids attending the german school since kindergarten, and they need language support.
the au-pair should stay with kids for lunch and afternoon, one evening per week, week-end free. speak german while playing with them, helping with homework, take care of her personal space. should also speak/understand italian for any kid's needs.
