Dear au pair, We are looking for someone who is kind and considerate with patience for a sometimes busy household. Also somebody who is fun and active for our little ones. We would like to welcome you into our home and our family as well as our extended naval family friends that surround us. We would like to Include you on family days out and invite you on visits to Essex to meet our families. As my husband is part of the navy they often hold open days and use their facilities. We also understand and respectful of your privacy and your need to stay in touch with loved ones. We can provide wifi. We live near 2 cities, Portsmouth and Southampton. We currently live a 15min walk from the sea front in a small village and 20 min car journey to 2 towns. We would love the opportunity to introduce our children to new experiences and cultures that you have to offer. We would like to make your stay as interesting and fun as possible as well as you helping us care for our children during our work commitments. I will provide you in advance to the best of my ability of our child are needs giving you plenty of time to plan your spare time and days off. We look forward to hearing from you. As our girls are still very young we would rather you focus on keeping them safe, comforted and fed rather than house work. Aid their development. Take them to and from nursery and play groups if we are unable due to work commitments. Occasionally bath them and put them to bed. Our 10yr old is usually self suficant however he is not old enough to be left to his own devices. He may occasionally need dropping off or picked up from school. However summer holidays approaching come July he will be at home. I am returning on reduced hours to start and as I'm a nurse my shift pattern changes from week to week however I would not expect you to have them more than 25 hours a week. My husband will be on board ship for first few months. On occasions we can provide you with a car, if not a push bike for social as well as our family care commitments. We would like someone who is fun, caring and respectful of our home and family values.
