We are an American family living in London looking for an au pair for 2014. We have four children between the ages of 3-9. We are a fun, adventurous family. We are caring and affectionate. With four children, our house is full of play and laughter. We're looking for an au pair who is trustworthy, reliable and caring to care for our children while we work for approximately 30 hours per week.
The au pair will care for the children for approximately 30 hours during the week, including: -Taking children to and from school -Preparing breakfast, some lunches, and after school snacks -Caring for children outside of school hours -Keeping the children's homework organized -Babysitting 2 nights per week -Simple household chores when on duty, such as the children's laundry and tidying their bedrooms We need an au pair who enjoys bicycling and who would feel confident cycling with our children to and from school. Our Christian religion is important to us and would prefer an au pair who shares our faith or who is respectful of it. Our daughter is adopted from Uganda and we need an au pair who is willing to learn how to care for her skin and hair. We want an au pair who is looking for a balance between being a part of a family and enjoying her own activities in London. We will provide the au pair with a large, nicely decorated private bedroom and bathroom. In addition to her weekly pay, we will provide a transportation allowance, cell phone, wifi internet and cable television.
