Hello [au pair/nanny]! My name is Gianmaria, I'm a sigle parent, divorced, and I'm living with my daughter Irene, whom is 17 years old. I'm working as a sales agent and my daughter is studying. We live ina a terraced villa with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, nearby to the city center and well served by public transportations. Just to be very clear at starting, I'd like to say what I'm looking for, is a reliable person to host, whom can help me in the daily housework (as ironing, washing and so on, we are not very demanding because we both are indipendent) and also for speaking in english with the family to improve our english level. Another important thing is that the candidate ought to come here in Italy with a purpose as study Italian, or architectural, or other that can assure her won't stay at home doing nothing. A letter of reference, or something equal, is required. On the other side I can offer a good accomodation, a single room with WiFi connection, Tv cable, a single bed, a desk. We can discuss for a basic salary, and on the costs that you'll have to face for your activities (study, and so on), and I'm also well disposed in doing all the documents required for your staying. As you could see I'm a very clear person, with a good mood, strong worker and my daughter is the same as well.
