We are Ben & Kim, both 29 years old. We got married about 2 years ago. We speak French and English fluently at home. Our daughter is called Keyla. She is 18months old right now. She's adorable and full of energy :-) Ben work in Video Conferencing, most of the time from home. Kim works in Digital Marketing in a nearby town (Dorking) We have one car for the 2 of us at the moment. If we're not using it, you can use it if you feel confident driving on the other side of the road :-) We like to get some rest in the week-ends after a busy week. We try to go down to the swimming pool or for walks when possible. Otherwise, week-ends are the time we see our friends for a few drinks at home or down the pub. We both smoke... (although trying to quit for the little one) but not inside the house or the car. We don't mind if you smoke just outside the house of course.
We need help to look after Keyla from about 8am to 4pm. Ben work from home but cannot look after her at the same time. You wouldn't have sole responsability of Keyla during that time. We will pay 125GB pounds (~150euros) per week and will provide food/drink, take you out to the pub/restaurant if we're going out, etc. You won't have to pay any bills or taxes, etc , we'll take care of that. We just expect some light housework around the house, like cleaning surfaces or floors if they look messy during the day, or putting dishes in the dishwasher. Most important, tidying up after Keyla, she tends to get all her toys out some days :-) About holidays, you will have all your week-ends off, unless if we have arranged that you baby sit one Friday or Saturday evening (it doesn't happen often really, I think we've asked for someone to baby sit maybe 3 times last year). I think you are entitled to 2 weeks paid holidays per every 6 months.
