Live-in Au Pair Wanted in Panama – Light Childcare, Language Exposure & Pet Sitting We’re a warm and easygoing family living in a beautiful waterfront area of Panama City. We’re looking for a kind and trustworthy live-in au pair to help care for our sweet baby girl, Lucy (born September 2024), and gently expose her to a second language—ideally German, Swedish, or Mandarin. We also have two friendly dogs who are part of our family, and we’d love for you to stay with them when we travel. About Our Family: • Mom (30) is a dressage rider and pet groomer launching her own business • Dad is the COO of a multinational steel company and very present in Lucy’s daily life • Lucy is a happy, music-loving baby with a calm and curious personality • We have two loving dogs: a Goldendoodle and a Blue Heeler • We’re moving into a spacious 4-bedroom home with a private pool and garden, located in a quiet, safe neighborhood just 10 minutes from the city center • The complex includes a full gym, and the area is close to parks, cafes, and the ocean
What We’re Looking For: • A calm, caring, and responsible au pair • Preferably European or Asian, fluent in German, Swedish, or Mandarin • Someone who genuinely enjoys babies and animals • A “horse girl” or someone with experience around horses is a big plus! • Excited to be part of the family, not just an employee Your Role: • Help with Lucy from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday • Occasional date-night babysitting (paid extra) • Light assistance with baby meals and playtime • No housework or dog care during the week • Dog sitting at home while we travel (they’re very sweet and used to routines) • Speak your native language with Lucy during playtime when possible
