Personal introduction

Hello, Bonjour, Hola! We are a fun French family of 4 living in London with our 2 lovely children who are 5 (Hugo) and 7 (Juliette). We speak French and English at home and could also speak Spanish if needed to help on your transition. N'hesitez pas a nous contacter si vous avez besoin de plus d'info en francais! No dudes en contactarnos para tener mas informacion en Espanol! Who are we?? - Hugo is a typical little boy, very active and loves cycling, football, dressing up and play all the time outside. He loves to make jokes and make everyone laugh! - Juliette is a true princess. She loves spending time with her friends, drawing and reading. She loves rules and feels reassured when we are consistent and would love to have a big sister. - Thomas works in IT and loves Jujitsu, motorbiking and tennis - I work in consulting and love going to the gym, reading, going out with my friends. As a family we love spending time together and travelling is our passion to discover new countries, languages and cultures. Hosting you would be great so we could all learn new things from you :-). We love cooking and baking and doing arts and crafts and would love to learn typical recipes or specific arts and crafts from your country!

The Au pair's job

We would love if you could support us in our everyday life and become a fun big sister who knows how to work with our children. A typical day could be: - Dropping of the children to school (when we cannot do it, maybe once of twice a week) at 8.45am - Picking them up and taking them to their respective activities (all local) at 3.15pm - Helping the children with their homework (reading mainly at the moment) - Cooking them dinner - Chill out with them after school (arts and crafts, play the iPad, bake cakes, etc.) - Putting them to bed (if we are not home, maybe once of twice a week) - Occasional evening baby sitting during the week or weekend (to be agreed in advance) - Occasional weekend morning baby sitting (to allow us to rest at weekends) - Helping the children tidy up their bedroom or wash their clothes We are very independent so when we are home we are happy to take care of the children, leaving more freedom for you to make friends and visit the area. Most weekends would be free so you could go and visit the area or England. Also you would be free during the day from 9am until 3pm to take some English classes or have a light job somewhere else. We are easy, we do not expect you to be too involved and have dinner with us every night on the other hand we would also happily cook for you and introduce you to some friends and family as well as other AuPairs to help you settle in.
