We are a military family. My husband is being posted for 2 years and I woke in the ambulance service. I do shift work and I'm struggling to childcare as funding a flexible shift work childminder is very difficult. We are a loving, open caring family.
To help the mother with childcare while she is working shift work in the emergency services. To be there to support and help develop their daughters needs, skills and education. Would prefer for the Au pair to be able to drive but it's not a problem if they don't.
