Personal introduction

Dear Host Family, My name is Zahara, I am 19 years old and I come from Hannover, Germany. I am truly excited about the opportunity to become part of your family as an Au Pair, to get to know your culture, to share everyday life with you, and to create special memories together. I have always loved spending time with children, and I see this Au Pair year as a wonderful chance to grow as a person, experience a new country, and build a strong and trusting bond with a host family. My goal is to be like an older sister to your children, someone they can rely on, laugh with, and feel safe around. In my free time, I enjoy reading, painting, acting in theater, singing in a choir, and traveling. I would be very happy to share these hobbies with your children, whether through creative projects, reading stories, singing together, or playing outdoors. I also give private tutoring lessons in German and English, so I would gladly help your children with their homework if needed. I have gained a lot of childcare experience: I have three younger siblings whom I have always looked after and supported, and I also regularly volunteer to care for children from single-parent families ( VAMV e.V. ). These experiences taught me to be patient, kind, and reliable. People often describe me as well-organized, trustworthy, and someone who can always be counted on. In addition, I served as the student representative for my year group for two years, which helped me develop strong organizational and communication skills. I am an open-minded, flexible, and positive person who enjoys bringing energy and creativity into everyday life. I would love to support your family, take care of your children, and contribute to a warm and happy home environment.
