We are a busy though structured family who is active in many areas but also likes to stay close to home because life can be busy enough for children (and parents). We are looking for someone that is both loving and firm, patient and active, happy and kind, has the needs of the children as a priority in the hours that you are working and will communicate well with all of us. We look forward to hosting you in our home and sharing our way of life with you. We are a Dutch/Australian family and we speak both Dutch and English at home.
You will be responsible for the children safety and happiness in the hours between school times and bedtime. This is from 14:00 to appr. 19:30, which is when Brett and I come home from work. You will be taking to the kids to sports/play dates/activities. You will care for them and play with them. Make sure they are fed and their homework gets done. You will cook dinner around 17:00 so you can eat around 17:30 with the children. You will be required to clean up the kitchen and the table and make sure the kids pick up their toys. You will have a room for yourself, a bike to ride around on and we will support you in many things you are looking forward to. We are hoping you could start at the start of november and you are welcome to stay for at least 6 months (for the continuity of a carer - which is better for the children)
