Hello, Live in Temporary Nanny needed for very friendly professional family on the Coventry/Kenilworth border (1.5miles away from Warwick University). We have a extremely polite and well behaved 11yr old boy at private school. Husband is overseas due to a family medical emergency, possibly for 1-3months, wife has a professional job in London which requires nights away, early / late starts.
Main duties shall include: Preparing breakfast for the boy (toast normally!) and taking him to the bus stop on time. (7.20am) Some light cleaning duties and other tasks in the day (picking up dry cleaning / shopping / washing / ironing etc) possibly not exceeding a total of 2-3hrs maximum. Either picking the boy up from the bus stop or school in Warwick if he has after school clubs. (5.00pm) Preparing his dinner at times (always simple meals), ensuring his homework is done, uniform ready for next day etc We already have a dog walker, gardener, weekly cleaner in place. Saturday & Sunday off unless the wife is abroad, plenty of free time in the day. Evenings off when wife is at home. Full use of family Land Rover Discovery, very nice house and double bedroom, possibility of use of a separate large studio flat if needed (currently being used as an office, just needs a bed, wardrobe and draws which is not a problem). The position could even possibly suit a sensible trustworthy student at Warwick University as we are within walking distance, and times of work required would probably not interfere with studies at all. We live in a highly respectable area.
