We are a small family unit with very high christian values. We would not want someone who smokes or uses swear language. Ideally, we would like someone much older. The person would have a lot of time on their hands when my son is at school and when we are not at work. It would be desirable if the person speaks Spanish or French as I am actively learning Spanish at the moment.
Au-pair would be a third adult in the house to supervise my son when my husband and I are not around. They would need to be tidy as well.
