We are looking for a full time live in Au-pair to start with us in August 2012. We have had an Au-pair now for nearly 1 year and have found it works well with our family. About us: We are a young family that have a work hard play hard attitude. We love good food, entertaining, days out, theme parks, zoo’s holidays etc but in order to enjoy all these things we work hard. My husband has his own business and works very long hours. I work mornings and then I work from home in the afternoons so even though I will be around I am busy. We have 3 fantastic children. Joshua is now 3, he goes to nursery in the mornings, he is a polite, well-mannered young boy, however he has a lot of energy! Jasmine and Jasper are twins and turned 1 in February, they are good babies they are in a good routine which means they eat well and sleep well as long as they are kept on this routine. We also have 2 dogs, Chilli and Scrappy, both high energy but well behaved. We live in a newly built house that still has some finishing touches to be done, it has 5 bedrooms and a nice big garden, we live in a quite village, however the train station that is a 10 minute walk away is on the mainline and will take you straight to London in 30 minutes, we have a few towns all within 15 minute bus/car ride these are Guildford, Woking, Farnborough and Camberley. What we are looking for: An au-pair plus that can help with kids and house duties, Main responsibility would be the twins
this will involve playing, feeding, activities, walks and keeping them most importantly safe and happy, In the afternoons Joshua will be home so it would be interacting with him . We would ask for some cleaning to be done but nothing excessive just a little every day, I do all the cooking (unless you wanted too) we enjoy good quality food and I love cooking, we eat all food so a vegetarian may find it hard. We are looking for someone that is pro-active, if you see something needs doing you would do it rather than being asked. And we are looking for someone that can fit in with our family. For the right person with the right attitude would mean you would be included in family life including holidays, days out etc. Accommodation. You would have your own room with double bed, Large TV, Sky, DVD, Laptop and phone, you also have an en-suite shower room. However for a couple of weeks of the year when we have parents coming from abroad we would ask them to stay in this room and you would sleep in a smaller room but it would only be for a short time.
