We would like to invite you to stay in our family home. We live in the second largest city in the UK and only two miles from the city centre, and within walking distance of the local shops & supermarkets, cafe, library, gym, swimming pool, & botanic garden. The nearest college for learning English is The Brasshouse Language Centre only 2 miles away (direct bus from near the front door), with lessons daily and most evenings or weekends (http://www.birmingham.gov.uk/brasshouse). We have a large house with a delightful garden in a beautiful and quiet part of the city. As our au pair you will have your own bedroom with desk to study, next door bathroom and family access to WiFi broadband internet. We are a friendly and flexible family that get on well with others and would very much like you to feel part of the family when you stay with us. Birmingham has many shops, theatres, museums, cinemas and parks with regular events. London is a 90 minute train ride away.
