Personal introduction

Hi! We are looking for a lovely Au Pair to join our house. We are a family of four, Angela (mum), Narvind (dad) and two boys, Liam (5y) and Ethan (3.5y). We live in a nice part of Central London (20 minutes away from Big Ben, Westminister Abbey etc). We are looking for an Au Pair (with driving license) to start from late August / early September who is looking for a position for approximately twelve months. The ideal candidate would: -Have good basic English -Have a genuine interest in the care and education of children -Be energetic, patient, caring, reliable and trustworthy -Have some previous, relevant experience -Be able to commit to at least 10+ months

The Au pair's job

We are a welcoming family who have had a live-in au pair previously. We are looking for someone to take care of our two children who are 3 and 5. We would preferably an au-pair with some previous childcare experience. We can be flexible on hours and looking at around 25-30 hours a week - pay would depend on prior experience and hours worked (£100-120 pounds a week) We live in a beautiful part of South West London and can provide you with full board, WIFI, and your own bedroom. We live in a good sized house in Earlsfield (SW18) and have a small garden. We are approximately 5 minute walk from main station (less than 15 minutes to Waterloo). Earlsfield is a lovely, safe area with easy walking distance to 3 parks, lots of nice cafes and shops, well connected (mainland train + Victoria, Northern and District lines), very near to Wandsworth, Clapham, Wimbledon, Balham. Working Days: Tuesday to Friday (days off would be Monday, Saturday and Sunday) Role requirements - Helping to get the children ready for school in the mornings, dressing them, preparing breakfast - Helping with the school/nursery drop off 3-4 days a week. The school/nursery is approximately 10 minute drive away. - Light household duties, keeping the house generally clean and tidy, washing, laundry, light ironing (we do have a regular cleaner to do a thorough clean of the house) - Playing games and crafts with the children after school, taking them to the park, reading stories - Cooking healthy meals and preparing snacks for the children - Helping with the bedtime routine - Babysitting a few evenings or weekends, on a flexible basis to be decided in advance
