My name is Katharina, I'm 18 years old and live with my parents in a small village in Bavaria, southern Germany. During my free time I enjoy meeting my friends as well as cooking for them and my parents. But my biggest passion is climbing, which I practise 2-3 times a week.I'm currently visiting grammar school, but I will graduate from school in May/June with the Abitur, which is similar to the British A-Levels. After this I would like to spend some time abroad before going to university. I think Au Pair is a great chance to live some time abroad and to learn more about this country. Although English is part of my A-level examination and I have been learning it at school since 5th grade, I think there is a lot more to learn and being an Au Pair is a good chance to improve my English language skills. I also enjoy to spend time with children and Au Pair is a good opportunity to combine this with living abroad.
