My wife and I have three adorable triplet boys aged 3yrs. They relocated to the UK in September and currently attend pre-school just (2mins drive from the house) two and a half days out of the week to start with. Our respective schedules are such that we are considering some extra help. Our first preference will be to have a live-in au pair, or the other option will be to work out an arrangement with a live out to cover days when neither of us will be around. At the minimum, such help will be required once a week effective January 2017. There may be additional days when we both have to be out of town.
Although the boys are the same age, they have developed at different rates and have very distinct personalities. Typically, your responsibilities will include supervising play time in the play area at home, keeping them engaged, administering meals, continuing potty training and such regular child related things. There is ample play space in the house and garden but better still, there is a lovely park just behind our hedge and there is parking available at our house (if you have a car).
