Live in au pair We are a family of 7 - a little boy (nearly 2), a little girl (nearly 1), 2 golden retrievers and a cat (and mum and dad!). We are a happy and easy going but busy family! Mum is Australian and dad is English (dad speaks Spanish and some Italian and French).
We are looking for an au pair from December 2016. We live in Clapham/Stockwell. We need some help Monday to Friday in the mornings (7am-930/10am) and the evenings (5pm -730pm) and generally managing the household. There are no weekend hours and we have a cleaner twice a week. We would also ask for two nights (nights variable but never 2 weekend nights) a week of babysitting. The children are in nursery from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Mum and dad work full time (mum goes back to work in January 2017) and mum gets home each night in time to collect the children from nursery). An outline of your days/duties: > Helping mum and dad get everyone ready in the morning > some household duties - Unpacking dishwasher, hanging up some washing, tidying the kitchen, packing toys away (light household tasks) > 2-3 mornings a week taking the dog for a walk (there is a local park). Other days the dogs go to daycare. > when mum gets home from work and collecting children from nursery, helping with dinner and bath time routine. You will have your own room and bathroom on the top floor of the house. For the right candidate we would offer £150 per week (Monday to Friday day time hours and 2 evenings of babysitting). We are keen to welcome you as a part of our family and would welcome you to join us for all meals, days out etc - though we also appreciate you will want your own time and space! You need to: > Have experience with children > Love dogs and cats > At least 21 years of age > Have good English > Confident and reliable > non smoker No driving required We will require 3 references and a CRB check.
