My husband and I are looking for help looking after our kids and keeping our house in order. PLEASE NOTE - YOU WILL NEVER HAVE SOLE CHARGE OF ALL THREE KIDS OTHER THAN WHEN BABYSITTING AND THEY ARE ASLEEP. My name is Emma, I am 34 years old and I worked as a Television Producer until the children arrived. My husband is Nick, who is 38 and works for an investment business. Our twins were born in December 2014 and are a boy (Dax) and a girl (Jasmine). They attend a nursery school for 3 days a week from 8.30 - 5pm. Our newborn daughter, Phoebe, was born in January and is already in a good routine, sleeping from 7pm - 6am. The four of us live in a house in Hampstead Garden Suburb, a nice residential area in the north-west of London. We have lots of family and friends that live near us, so the house is often busy with visitors. There are some nice local shops and parks near us, and a bus stop located about 2 minutes from the house. The nearest train station is a 20 minute walk away or a 5 minute journey on the bus. There are many young families living here, and we have a number of friends who have au pairs living with them that we can introduce you to if you wanted. We would also like you to do some light housework, such as dusting and washing and ironing the kids’ clothes and babysit 2 nights a week. We are a very relaxed family, and we are sure that you will feel very welcome living with us.
We are looking for someone to help Emma with the kids in particular in the morning, feeding them breakfast and getting them washed and dressed, and in the evenings giving them dinner, bathing them and putting them to bed. Nick is normally home from work in time for the kids bath and is always happy to help! We would also like some occasional babysitting evenings - a maximum of 2 nights per week, 1 night may be Friday or Saturday, but not both.
