Easy going family with 3 lovely children. We live in a small town in London, very close to Kingston-Upon-Thames. All children are quite independent to a certain degree. I am looking for an experienced au pair, preferably someone who has experience in the UK, to be able to support my children with their out of school activities, and to help with light duties / chores around the house.
The Aupair would be expected to drop and pick children up from their activities such as swimming, dancing, drama and tennis. The Aupair would be expected to help with some chores around the house such as hoovering, light ironing, cleaning up afte herself and keeping her living area clean. I would like the Aupair to encourage the older children to clean after themselves and keep their room clean. I would expect the Aupair to assert a moderate amount of discipline. I.e. Not be afraid to tell a child off when they are wrong. Don't let the children walk all over you. Be fair and be strict at the same time. Occasional baby sitting.
