Hello, We are a family of 3, myself, my husband and our 20 month old daughter. We are a lovely family, live in a 4 bedroom house in a beautiful suburb just 20 mins from London. We live very close to many amenities like shopping malls, grocery stores, gymnasiums and nature parks. We are looking for someone to help out with our daughter and light household chores. We are a non smoking family and are looking for a non smoker as well. My daughter goes to full time daycare, so you will have a lot of time to yourself during the day to pursue other activities. Hardworking, dedicated and good with children. A typical daily routine for our Au pair will be; Monday to Friday, my daughter goes to Nursery at 7:30 to 6pm. The au pair will need to get her ready in the morning and go back to pick her at 6pm. During the day while we are at work and she is at Nursery, the au pair will be expected to do some cleaning (Hoover, wiping down surfaces, empty bins, clean bathrooms etc) and also do some ironing if there is Laundry to be done. Not all of these will be required to be done everyday, just when needed. Once the au pair ishappy that nothing to be done in the house, she has the rest of the day to herself. She can go for english classes, go for coffee with friends, sight seeing or anything else she is interested in. After pick up at 6pm at the Nursery, my daughter has dinner, plays with her toys or sings nursery rhymes and bed time is at 8pm. After this, the au pair is done for the day. On Saturdays, she will be required to help babysit, help out as required. On Sundays, she has the day off. In return for this, she will have access to her own room, access to the internet, food (She can eat with us or make her favourite foods she likes to eat). Weekly pocket money will be based on negotiations. We are a lovely family and have still maintained a very good relationship with our former au pair (she still visits and babysits for us sometimes).
