We are a happy, busy and relaxed family with two great boys. I work full time in London and from home on Fridays. We need someone energetic and responsible who loves to have fun with children and also can enjoy the routine of meals, school, homework etc. Also someone who is happy not living in a big city. We live in a large village with shops, coffee shops and lots going on and to take the train to Reading and London is easy. We are surrounded by lovely countryside and also have a large garden. We need someone very easy going and hands on who is happy to fit in. We need a driver and they would have use of a car. We would support and appreciate her whilst being with us ! For the right person and someone who can start in September we are also flexible if they wanted a shorter placement.
the job entails being with the boys for breakfast and getting ready for school; they both are at local schools. They need to be collected at 3.30pm and have supper etc with the aupair. Duties would include taking them to playdates, help with the eldest's homework in the afternoon when he has homework. He also will have a tutor once a week. Playing with them, having a routine, walks to the park etc . They would be responsible for preparing breakfast and supper and helping them keep their rooms tidy ! Also some light housework and shopping. I do the monthly supermarket shop on line though. They boys are busy and would need someone who will embrace that and be able to be firm when needed and also loving and consistent and be their friend. Own bedroom and shared bathroom & also shower room with the boys. We are flexible in terms of if they wanted to leave early as long as we had notice.
