I am a shift worker and a single parent. My son is a lively 12 year old who loves computer games and joking around. We have a cat called Amy.
I need someone who is flexible, has initiative and speaks quite good English. I don't expect you to be fluent as I appreciate that living in England will help with the language, but you must be able to understand instructions. I would like my au pair to be quite flexible in their approach, because of my shift work. The main part of the job would be caring for my son in my absence, but would also contain some housework. I would like you to engage with my son and be a friend as well as a carer to him. In return we offer own room with TV and DVD player, internet access and free local calls.
