We are a very active family, or at least Nathaniel our oldest boy (11) is. He does a lot of sport, especially badminton and athletics. Lewis (7) enjoys swimming. Myself and brendan play badminton and Brendan plays golf. In the summer I usually take the children camping, they really enjoy cooking on an open fire. In the winter we try and ski at least once a year. We live by the sea in Bournemouth. At the end of our road is the cliff top down to a beautiful sandy beach. There are a lot of foreign students in Bournemouth and a University, there are plenty of language schools if you need one. Both Nat and Lewis enjoy cooking, so it would be great if our au pair enjoys cooking with them. We have a family business which keeps us busy, but it does mean I can take some time off during their school holidays. We have 2 small dogs, Pip and Charlie, plus Lewis has hamsters and we have an extremely old cat.
We expect to to do 30 hours per week. This will involve getting the boys up and helping to putting them to bed, some nights. Cook dinner on 2 - 3 nights a week. Tidy the house and do light house work. Walk the dogs (they are very small dogs). I will need you to look after them some of the time during their school holidays, and pick them up from school during term time and take them to sports clubs and music lessons. I would also like the boys to have help with reading, homework and especially learning languages.
