we are a family with a 10 and a 6 year olds boys. We live in a village at the countryside near Barcelona, Spain. I am 46 years old and I am a HR consultant. My husband is 50 and he is a carpenter.The qualities that We are looking for our au-pair are reliable, well-educated, with good manners, kind, and with enough energy to be capable to follow our boys. The au-pair has to speak good English.
The au-pair will work from Monday to Friday and has to wake the boys up at 8 o'clock in the morning, give them their breakfast, make sure they get dressed, and drive them to school. They start at 9 until 13hrs. The au-pair will pick them up from school at 13hrs to drive them home for lunch and take them back to school at 15hrs. Most of the times I will pick them up at 17hrs to take them to afterschool activities or home. They have their dinner by 8:00 and by 9:00 they must got to sleep. My husband arrives at home by 19hrs.
