We are a laidback, active, happy family offering a very welcoming home and lots of opportunities to experience a great life in the UK. We have two children, a bright and bubbly 6 year old boy and an affectionate, cheerful 4 year old girl, who both attend full time school. We also have another baby on the way (due January 2015) so it is important that the au pair we choose really enjoys being around new born babies.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, enthusiastic and hardworking, and who is not afraid to get stuck in with a busy family life. The role would suit someone who has a genuine love of children and enjoys playing with them, making up games and generally having fun and taking on the ‘big sister’ role. The children go to different schools, each of which are 5 minutes’ drive from our house, so we are looking for an au pair who is a confident driver as you may sometimes be required to drive the children to and from school.
