it's pretty small... just myself and Angelica who was three Angelica is a lovely little girl. She can be a bit bossy but we're working on that - and bossy isn't another word for 'horrible' - she's really funny and energetic and very bright with a good imagination and excitement for things. I'm 34 and work 4 or 5 days per week. I'm a television production manager and make mainly documentaries. work is a 25 minute walk away from home which is great. I'm not a particularly 'mumsy' mum... I am young in outlook and enjoy spending time with friends - often having friends over or going out (when I have a babysitter!) Angelica's going to start at nursery from Sept 9th and will go five days per week from 8.55am until 3.15pm, so all the 'looking after' of her would be outside those hours, meaning your weekdays would largely be free. The nursery is 30 seconds from our home, literally at the end of the road. because i'm a single mum and don't often get time to myself, the babysitting is really important to me, as is the requirement to look after angelica on some/most weekends for one morning or afternoon of either Saturday or Sunday. Help with other household chores, some cooking and grocery shopping is also a must
Live in au Pair/Housekeeper required for family in n1 to look after my three year old daughter and to keep our house clean and tidy. I am looking for someone with childcare experience, an upbeat, energetic and sunny attitude, who speaks good English and is willing to stay for 12 months or longer. The role entails the following responsibilities: • Picking up children from school, playing with them, taking them to the park, their activities and clubs or to visit with friends. • Taking an active interest in my daughters development. reading. • During the school holidays devising a plan of fun, sociable activities. • Preparing healthy and nutritious meals • Ensuring house is always clean and tidy • Ironing, changing linen etc • Around 28 hours weekly plus 3 nights babysitting per week You would have your own bedroom, bathroom, TV, broadband access, £85 per week ‘pocket money’ and all food paid for.
