We are a warm and energetic family living in Wilrijk, Belgium. We are parents who both work full time and do our best to give our three boys — Daniel (12), Diego (4), and Delano (2) — a loving, structured, and positive environment. Our home is lively, playful, and full of movement. We value respect, kindness, honesty, and good communication. As parents, we are caring and supportive, but we also appreciate clear routines that help bring calm into the house. We believe in creating a home where our children feel safe, guided, and encouraged to grow. We would love to welcome someone who becomes a natural part of our daily life — not just a helper, but a friendly, reliable big brother or sister figure for the kids. We are looking for someone who is calm, patient, and genuinely enjoys spending time with children of different ages. Someone responsible, organised, and able to bring positive energy to our busy family life. You don’t have to be perfect — what matters most is that you care about our boys, communicate openly, and feel comfortable taking initiative. If you are kind-hearted, flexible, and excited to experience life in Belgium while supporting our family’s daily rhythm, we would be very happy to welcome you into our home.
The au pair lives with our family and supports the daily routines of our three children. Their main tasks include helping Diego and Delano with morning and evening routines, assisting with meals, supervising playtime, and keeping the children's areas tidy. They also help Daniel stay organised with his school materials and homework. The au pair helps reduce stress during busy moments such as getting the kids ready, transitioning between activities, and managing the general household flow. They do light, child-related tasks only (e.g., preparing snacks, folding children’s clothes), and become a positive, stable presence in our home while experiencing Belgian family life and culture.
