We are frequently on the road, taking long road trips to explore the country or going on shorter local trips like camping. We love making meals together as a family at home. Emma loves creative expression through art, which would be coloring/drawing or various crafts with mixed media. Recently, we built a big bookshelf together out of cardboard and we decorated it. Emma enjoys going to the library and finding books to read together. We like to attend local community gatherings such as art fairs, farmer's markets, and cultural events. We’ll spend a lot of time at the beach, going on walks/hiking, or at our ranch. The children love gardening and helping with bigger projects. I am building a cabin and she loves helping measure the wood, hammering nails, driving the excavator, etc.
Helping care for two girls (1 and 4). Assist with pickup/dropoff occasionally, cleaning and general housework. We'd love to provide a family environment for an au pair, with plenty of opportunities for adventures with us and with the children. As much as we can, we also want to provide learning/educational opportunities. We are used to doing things on our own as a family, and primarily looking for some extra support around the house and with the children.
