Expectations Our expectations from an au-pair is flexibility, flexibility, flexibility. We need help during the day, so that our family is able to have more quality-time together. This might be housework such as vacuming, food-preparations, ironing, washing and cleaning. We also need help with the children, maybe walk them to activities, baby-sit them, or other needs.
