We are a very active family who loves the outdoors and sport. We have a lovely Cockapoo dog called Toto. It's a very relaxed house. Even though I'm a single parent, the father comes and sees the children often. I work full time and the children are at school every day.
Both children speak French and I would like a French person to carry on speaking French to them. play games and read stories to them, all in French. There would always be lots of time for the au pair to learn and speak English, but just not with the children. In fact there is enough time for the au pair to get another job throughout the day as they wouldn't start work until after school finished. Light house work is part of the job, such as cleaning the house thoroughly once a week and ironing.
