Introduzione personale

I want to become an au pair because I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and I would love to experience family life in another country. My experience working at a daycare with young children and caring for two girls aged 5 and 7 has shown me how much I enjoy supporting children in their everyday lives, whether it is helping with routines, preparing meals, homework, playtime or simply being there for them. I also grew up as the firstborn in a family of eight, so caring for younger children has always been a natural part of my life. At the same time, I see being an au pair as much more than childcare. I want to experience a new culture from within a family, learn a new language, share my Kenyan culture and build a genuine connection with my host family. I am curious, open-minded and ready to learn, and I believe living with a family will help me become more independent and confident while giving me the opportunity to contribute positively to their everyday life.
