Dear Host Family, Hallo! / Hej! / Kia ora! My name is Serah Mbugua, I’m 19 years old and from Kenya. I'm currently a second-year student at Kenyatta University, MNUC campus, studying Public Policy and Administration. I have a natural love for children and enjoy caring for them. I recently volunteered at Nazareth Hospital, where I worked with kids and felt very connected to them. I’m cheerful, responsible, and enjoy creating fun, safe spaces for children to grow. Becoming an au pair is not just a cultural adventure for me it’s also a way to support my studies. Learning a new language and experiencing a different culture will give me valuable insight into diversity and global understanding, which are important in public policy.
